YEY!! She's done. Seems that she was awesome and hardly fussed. The palate repair went great but we'll have to keep an eye on her ears. They were a "mess" to quote the dr. There's going to be lots of draining and when the tubes come out most likely she'll need new ones. Hearing issues??? that remains to be seen. It's something we'll have to keep after for a long time.
She will need the bone graft surgery in a few years. He said that there wasn't much bone for her teeth on the right side. We'll worry about that later. Healing starts now!
The hospital has WIFI so I'll keep updating the blog.. and feel free to skype(type only.. this laptop HATES wifi and video) and Windows messenger me.

Was at work all day so wasn't able to check the blog. Glad tough girl is doing well. kihl-0 (that was Lola saying "Hi" by running accross my hands). Surgery is alwasy scary when it is someone you love. Now, here's to good pain meds. Now that she is out, you'll be able to hold her and I think that always helps.
