Girl giggles are the best!

So.. we've been having just too much fun lately. She's really starting to talk now. I asked her the other day..What do you want for a snack Robyn.. and she said. Cheeeeeeese!

She's growing like crazy! We just went up a size in diapers.. now she's a 4! She loves the pool and this week we are going to start swimming lessons! yey!! Today is David's birthday. First I got up early to clean out the vegetable garden, it was full of weeds, then we cleaned the patio. Robyn loved holding the hose or brushing the deck. She had loads of fun. We made quesadillas for lunch then all that sun and fun wore he out and she napped 3.5hrs! Which gave us time to clean the pool. Then after her nap and a shower for us we went to Sanaa at Disney's Animal Kingdom for birthday dinner. It was deelish! Very nifty flavors! Robyn ate great too! Some pictures below.

Not much else going on. She's a typical 2yr old. Throws tantrums when she doesn't get her way and is full of energy all the time. Ya know there are good things about having kids older and there are bad. Good.. you tend to not freak as much and bad... man I'm pooped.

Rut Roh.. yea Iknow.. it's been a while..

Yikes it's been a while. Just been so garsh darn busy. Easter was loads of fun. We colored eggs. I had Robyn try and draw on an egg. Instead she pushed her finger into the egg then proceeded to stab the egg with her crayon. Wish I had taken a picture!. oh well. She was really good in church and enjoyed the Easter Egg Hunt. We went to Aunt Trish and Uncle Pat's for dinner. We had some excellent food, as always when we get together and Robyn loved seeing the doggies!

Then the following weekend we went to Grandma's and Grandpa's. She did really well during the 4hr drive. We did it in 2hr segments, with a break for lunch in between. We really hoped she'd nap the second half but didn't either time out or back home. The DVD player was a life saver. and God Bless Maria VonTrapp and Rogers and Hammerstein! She loves "Do Rei Me". Her favorite song! We listen to it over and over in the car to and from school or geez anywhere we go now! She also listens to it before bedtime. I just tell her hush, she can't hear Maria.. and she quiets down and goes to sleep!!! Yey!!!

This past weekend we had lots of fun with the Bricks! Robyn loves her cousins Nick and Chris! They had a ball hanging out at the pool at Coronado and goofin around at EPCOT. soo much fun! We even stayed to see Illuminations and the fireworks didn't frighten her at all! Guess she's used to all those firecrackers they would have done in China!!

Oh yesterday. She got a hold of my garlic holder and took out a clove of garlic. She peeled off the "paper" (it's something I've had her do before..she helps with dinner sometimes) anyway she peeled it and then proceeded to give her garlic rides through the house! she didn't want to let it go. see the video! too funny!

And this weekend was my first Mother's Day!! How cool is that. Been waiting a VERY long time! Thank you again to David's sisters for the beautiful flowers! What a nice surprise! And David made me breakfast that morning and took care of the birdies and Robyn. It was very nice! I even got to do some scrapbooking! I'm finally working on our trip to China to get Robyn. Very Exciting!
