Ok I get it.. yea it's been a long time. I find myself on Facebook a lot. Anyway I'm still looking for work...it's been tough I tell ya. I'm getting things done at home and taking some on-line classes that help the time go by.
On the adoption front...We've decided to go to the Waiting Child program and we put that we'd accept a child with Cleft-lip or palate. This shortens our wait considerably. Seems that the climate is changing in China. They don't want to be seen as a 3rd world country. And domestic adoption is growing.. which is all good for the children. We have to remember it's all about what is best for the children.
So... we wait.. but our referral could be mid-late spring?!?! That's easier to deal with emotionally.
Meanwhile I've been learning to count in Chinese. I can write 1-10 in the characters! Fun stuff.
